3. How We Use Your Data
- Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or use your contact information for marketing without your explicit consent.
- Analytics data (PostHog) is used to understand how our website is used, improve user experience, and measure the performance of our content. It is processed only with your consent (opt-in via the cookie banner).
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contact form: Processing is based on your legitimate interest in receiving a reply to your inquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or on the pre-contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Analytics cookies: Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- cookie_consent — Stores your cookie preference (accepted/declined). Expires in 365 days. This is a functional cookie and does not track you.
- PostHog analytics cookies — Only set if you accept the cookie banner. Used to track anonymous usage statistics. See PostHog's Privacy Policy for details.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or social media cookies.
6. Third-Party Services
- Resend — Used to deliver contact form notification emails. Your submitted data is transmitted to Resend's servers to send the email. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
- PostHog — Analytics platform. Data is stored on EU-region servers. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — Our website is proxied through Cloudflare for security and performance. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — Our website is hosted on Vercel. Server-side logs may include IP addresses and request information. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — We load fonts from Google's servers. This may expose your IP address to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Data Retention
- Contact form emails are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary for business correspondence, typically up to 3 years.
- Analytics data is retained per PostHog's standard retention policies (typically 1 year for event data).

Some of our third-party processors (Vercel, Resend) may process data in the United States. These transfers are made in accordance with standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS encryption, Cloudflare security filtering, and access controls on our systems.
